*This is 12/23/13. I changed the polls slightly so that you can vote until 1/1/24. That's almost ten years from now. I at least wanted any people who happened to be visiting to be able to vote. I didn't extend it any longer because this blog will either get deleted or aliens will cause mass chaos by deleting the internet or murdering that huge satellite in space. I'm adding yet another segment. This has gotten to a point where I almost never make normal posts, it's just all segments. But I've been wanting to do this one for a while and decided I might as well now. It's basically a quiz, BUT WITH A TWIST. If you get most or all of the answers right, I'll give you a link to what I think is their best song or one that I would recommend my friends listen to if I had any. If you get most of the answers wrong, I'll give you a link to what I think is their worst song. However, some bands make really good music all of the time, so you will probably be happy with the link I give you no matter what. KEEP THAT IN MIND BEFORE YOU BITE MY HEAD OFF. It's all so you get more clarity about my musical taste. *ALSO, these facts are from the internet. So....some may be wrong. But I'm getting most of these facts from the band's website, so there shouldn't be much of a problem.

One band that I really like has recently released a music video for their new song black and white. It's Adora! *And just a question for those of you who know, but did they change lead singers? For one thing, they look totally different, and for another, they don't sound the same. I don't know for certain, does anybody know? Anyway, it's a cool song and a cool video. I'm going to make it really convenient and just show you the video here:
I really have no idea what bands to show you. I don't know much about many bands and tend to only know their popular songs and their one unreleased demo, so I guess the bands today are going to be Nine Lashes, Fireflight, and Adora. Yeah. I decided to do band of the week a day early. They should normally be posted on Mondays, but maybe I shouldn't tell you that so that I can post it whenever the hell I want. And it's only the second band I've featured, so we don't really have a schedule at all. So welcome to the second band of the week, which we'll do on Mondays, sometimes Sundays, maybe Saturday, if I'm bored, or Tuesday if I'm lazy. Remember, you can suggest a band to feature in the comments. Well, let's get on with it. So, I briefly talked about this band in a previous post. It's Adora. But, this band is awesome. The songs have kind of a dark twist to it and the guitar is amazing. But what distinguishes it from most bands is the fact that they have a pianist in the band. If you listen to any of their songs, you can pick apart the instruments and hear that the pianist is playing intricate notes that just complete the song.
